My Account makes it easier than ever for Domestic & General customers to access and action their insurance policies. It includes fully native customer registration, migration, login, and password reset journeys, and leverages biometric technology such as face and touch ID to truly streamline the customer journey. This represents a step-change in Domestic & Generals identity and access management solution: customers can now log into their account without needing to enter credentials each time.

Domestic & General customers need us at their fingertips when something goes wrong, and the app makes this a reality. Within a matter of seconds, our customers can go from their phones lock screen to their Domestic & General insurance policy, and from there they can book a repair for their broken appliance and track its progress, all through the app.

Aside from lifes little emergencies , the app allows customers to change their details, update their preferences, and access maintenance and troubleshooting content for their appliance - all of which requiring fewer clicks than ever before. This helps our customers to provide us with up-to-date personal information, tell us when and how they would like to be contacted, and keep their appliances running smoothly.
